John T. Queenan, Jr. M.D.

Dr. Queenan is a Professor of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. He received his MD in 1988 at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed his Residency at John Hopkins in 1992. In 1994 he completed his Fellowship at the Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine. His major research and clinical interests include IVF, uterine fibroids, recurrent pregnancy loss, and endometriosis.He has published 27 articles, and 7 book chapters.
Learning Objectives
Patients should be able to:
1. Recognize the clinical presentation of surgical complications.
2. Know how to manage patients with complications.
3. Identify steps that will lead to the prevention of surgical complications.
